My mother was a pharmacist in the local area for 37 years, so I have some idea how a pharmacy is to be run properly. This pharmacy is far from ideal: long wait times, rushed pharmacists and techs (which is corporates fault), and constant upselling of other products in their store (which I have no interest in and wastes my time). I should have been quicker on the uptake by the high amount of turnover among the pharmacists, which is never a good sign.nnI finally switched away after the current head pharmacist (Albert) told me my doctor said a certain med would only last 30 days and there would not be any refills prior. This made me very confused as this med was a PRN that I filled every 60-90 days. Plus my doctor, based on our relationship over a decade, would have told me that directly. After some digging on my part, Albert admitted that my doctor did not say it - he did. I replied to Albert that he must not understand the amount of liability he just incurred by claiming to speak for my doctor. He kept on apologizing, but at that moment I realized that whatever trust I had in this pharmacy was gone.nnProceed with caution here.
