Nice hiking trails! If you take this trail all the way out you will reach higby Mountain! It’s a beautiful hike with lots of wildlife throughout the area. Cute bridges and a clean walking path. First time I ever took a hike here and was very pleased! I saw beautiful white tailed deer. There is also plenty of streams for your dog to cool off in!
Stopped here to take a break I was riding my bicycle, then I was on my way. A 15 minute stop over. Not alot there just a big field. They said there was walking trails there, but didn't see any.
While this trail is usually beautiful and peaceful, I had an unsettling experience today and may not return. Just over a half mile into my walk, a man popped out from behind a tree asking my friend and I to leash our dogs. It wasn’t the request that was odd or unreasonable, but this man was hiding alone in the woods....
Great trails well marked pleasure to roam
