We were charged for our countertops and told the slab would shop from the MA warehouse to the Wallingford CT warehouse within a day or two. Weeks later after calling everyday they discovered our slab was shipped to another state. Ok that was last Friday. Ship to Ct on Monday and we’ll be fine. Today is Wednesday no answer as to where our slab is. No one is answering the messages. I would not use them ever. Terrible customer service, non responsive and extremely frustrating to deal with. GO buy your counter tops somewhere else and save yourself the headache. If I could Tate them a negative number I would.

No way to tell how it was paid or what credit card was usednI am mighty ticked offnThey waste your timennJust spoke to Discover marblenTo find them call them wait for them took 2 hours and research how to reach themnThey don’t offer return authorizationnThey don’t send invoicenThey send packing slip that has nothing to do with what’s inside the box
