The only reason I'm giving any stars is because of the supervisor/salesman I worked with, Justin. He brought me around the store to help me find a washer/dryer. He listened to my needs and gave me a great price. Unfortunately, the delivery system is terrible and caused a headache that lasted FOUR days. They had the wrong parts (twice) and there was constant miscommunication between them and the store. I was about to return everything and never use this store again until Justin went out of his way after his shift, came to my house, and installed the washer/dryer for me. UNFORTUNATELY he is a salesman, not a install guy. 1 week later.. water is leaking everywhere and the other supervisor (who took 2 days to call me back) basically said to call the manufacturer and shewed me off. Don’t waste your time and get something brand new

It's a great store great prices it's a great idea that Lowe's came up with doing an outlet for damage appliances customer services pretty friendly at the store there is some mix-ups with the delivery system I wish lowes in general will change The delivery system The delivery guys they came out with the appliance or nice but it was not the appliance that I picked up at the store with the pictures The one that showed up in my house was damaged and not wrapped correctly and they didn't even store the pieces correctly for the stove I was very disappointed with that called the store they said they would have a manager get back to me I drove through the store and bought another stove the same stuff so and they're going to come pick the other one up next week The associate Russ when out of his way to make sure it would get picked up and I got another stove the same day even though I had to repay for it but he guaranteed the full refund on everything when you're mad when deliveries get screwed up it is nice when there's an associate there that goes out of his way to make you feel better people like him is what's going to keep the company going hopefully those will change the delivery system sooner or later definitely would recommend buying appliances they're prices are good
