Some of the back trails are dark after sunset, which can make running treacherous, but still ok. The fields and court seem to be kept in very good.shape. Porta-potty available and maybe a concession stand during events, but I haven't been there at a time when it might be open.
Great playground setups for kids of various ages. My kids, 7 and 2, both found a ton of things to entertain them. The paved paths that circle the park make a great biking/scootering circuit.
The park is a great place to go for kids, families, and adults. There are several baseball fields, a big playground, a walking trail around the park, a cute little pond, a great concession stand, a pavilion to eat under, tennis courts, and much more. A great place to spend an afternoon in the sun.
