I love this place! Lisa and her instructors have me fitting into my wedding dress! I had no choice but to order one size smaller wedding dress than I needed to because of the timeframe the stocked dresses were available. If I bought the size up, which left room for alterations, it wouldn't be here in time (ugh David's Bridal!!). When I got it, I couldn't zip it, I had a few inches of zipper that couldn't budge. This is no challenge for Lisa and her amazing team!! It fits beautifully now and I am healthier and more fit than ever. Not only do I feel amazing but I can also see the changes in my muscle tone and waist. I decided months ago that it was time for a healthier lifestyle, fitting into my wedding dress is just a major, major bonus. I HIGHLY recommend Pura Vida to absolutely anyone who is looking for a committed business owner who fills her studio with instructors that motivate you with pure positivity and immense knowledge. The classes are fun, energetic, cater to anyone's fitness level and are all diverse. Thank you to Lisa for her Pilates Fusion and Barre, as well as Dianna for her Barre and Weighted Low, you guys are a gift!
Lisa is the best. Pura Vida Pilates...a challenging workout in a supportive environment, with an in-tune instructor. Pilates has been a difference maker in my fitness journey.
