Honestly felt like they didn’t want my business. They came and measured my house for full stove pipe installation but never returned my many calls. After installing the stove pipe myself (out of necessity) I had some questions. And again was never called back. When I went down there I was treated very rudely. My wife and I have dreads and the many trump signs posted may have played a role in the way were treated? I always try to support local business but I would recommend you go else where if possible.
The owner and wife of Fireworks Hearth and Home are some of the best in the industry and its great they are so close to where I live they have always been so helpful and never tried to oversell me on anything. They also very helpful in identifying which filter I needed for my hot tub and had it in stock in a couple days at a fair price. I had a chimney issue with a wood stove and they recommended a fix that wasn't expensive. Also, there is a great store connected that sells all Stihl power equipment, which is helpful after last week ! Great people and service !
I purchased a wood insert from Fireworks Hearth & Home and have been completely satisfied with my purchase. The owner showed me all my options and went over complete install at time of visit. Did my research and shopped around before returning to Fireworks for my purchase due to Customer service was excellent and best prices. Install was quick and professional.
Wasnt worth the annoying phone call. Not helpful or nice. I hope you “own” this poor rating too!!
I have been a long time customer of Fireworks. I purchased my wood stove from them 15 years ago and have them clean the flue as needed. Last week they sealed my chimney. Fireworks has always done a good job for me.
