Nice place for picnic!!
There’s some cute fairy houses along the trails. Good place for dog walking — the area is not too busy so it’s good for walking them off leash. The small scenic pond with picnic tables around it make for a idyllic location for picnicking.
Nice, moderate hike but relatively short in length. Great fall view of Salmon River/CT River confluence.
Nice place to spend sometime with kids. The pond at the beginning of the hiking trail is beautiful with bbq grills. The overlook at the end of the lower loop was nice. The overlook at the end of the upper loop was disappointed. It may look nicer in fall after the leaves fall. After all, still a nice place to go.
Will go again when I have more time. Beautiful.
