This is the most fun hiking trail in CT. Starts off with an amazing waterfall. Followed by hilly terrain. Some parts require you to use your hands. Highly recommend for a great 2ish mile hike. My dog loved it. There was one section which was narrow and I had to carry all his 75lbs.
Great place to hike, even greater for rock climbing.nAmazing bouldering spot, has a couple highballs and a whole rock filled with easy climbs (V-easy/V3 called pancake rock)nnCheck mountain project for more and don't forget you crash pad!
Went may 9 2020 and again 10/11/20. Was better marked in may. Great hike overall. Challenging but great length.
Nice 2.5 mile loop, 3 rock scrambles, and short climbs gets that heart going! All good.
This is a nice hike. The blue trail has some climbs, but the blue/yellow is not as difficult. Both have lots of wild flowers and great views. My kids were able to manage both plus part of the bear hill path beyond seven falls.
