Jeff is very nice and helpful. It was a drive from NYC but totally worth it. Fixed my boat in less than 2 weeks during the season. Very fast if you ask me.

lets be real, patching a dinghy is not rocket science. i engaged with dinghypro and showed them some damage that they were adamant required a complicated repair. i did not want to deal with it if it was anything beyond a regular patch so i agreed for them to repair. they ended up completely skipping doing the repair as they said they would and just did a normal patch which i could have easily done myself. end result was weeks wasted without dinghy during prime season, pain getting the dinghy to/from their location which was not nearby, and having to pay them for something i could have easily done myself and for which i had the materials and adhesive already. they should have communicated that they were deviating from the agreed repair and asked how i wanted to proceed before doing any work. i also question their time billing practices because i think that i could've done the repair in a fraction of the time they charged for. i saw them going from dinghy to dinghy, very efficiently. i don't think that they pass their efficiency on to the customer when it comes time to bill.

These guys did excellent patch work on my inflatable and the cost in my opinion was inexpensive. Highly recommend to anyone looking for professional repair or maintenance on their inflatable boat.
