I was so excited to get the Grace Toggle necklace. The pictures were gorgeous online. It arrived today. It is so cheap looking. It looked nothing like a $82 necklace. They have great photographers making cheap jewelry look nice. It looks like it came from Dollar General.

I waited a month for my daughters necklace, called numerous times to be told they have no information and it’s in production!!! Website says ships in 3-5 days. I demanded a refund and I was told they had to check with the warehouse first. Customer service agent said she didn’t know how long it would take to get an answer from the warehouse, but that I should wait for an email. When you call customer service they are located out of the country, they’ll tell you made in the USA, but the warehouse the jewelry comes from is located next to the call center!

Bought the monogram Claire Signet ring and I absolutely love it! It is wonderful quality, was shipped quickly and packaged beautifully. The band was a bit thicker than I expected but no big deal. I will shop here again for sure ud83dudc4dud83cudffb

My daughter bought me a monogram necklace from Brook & York. I wore it a few times and it broke. I sent it back for repair. After the second time wearing the repaired necklace, I felt something land on my foot and it was the necklace, broken again. I sent it back again and they returned a still broken necklace to me, inspected by quality control #33. I emailed them and they responded that it was now out of warranty, I’d have to pay for the repair. Most of the warranty time was spent in their repair shop. The necklace (when it’s not broken) was pretty on, but very cheaply made. It was over $100 and not gold, so I expected very nice costume jewelry. Disappointed customer. Invoice #50354
