After feeling completely overwhelmed and lost in other large, chain furniture stores, I tried MFB. I got exactly what I needed - direct, honest, and appropriate guidance in purchasing my first couch! Eileen was wonderful, she knew I was on a budget and was able to help me get the most for my money while also getting a quality sofa. I felt confident in my purchase without feeling like anything forced onto me.nnThese days, more than ever, it is important to shop local. Don't be turned away by the misconception that MFB won't have as many options as the chains -- they have SO many options to choose from, but with the exceptional customer service you don't get elsewhere.nnThank you Eileen and co - cannot wait to get my new couch.

Didn't buy anything while I was there, but the staff was friendly and welcoming but left us to browse without pressure, which seems rare in furniture stores. Took some pictures to get some ideas. Decent sized show room.
