We went into the store looking for a specific mattress and found out it was not longer available. The saleswomen Deborah understood what we looking for and found us the perfect mattress in 5 minutes. Mattress was delivered the next day. We had a great sleep. Whole experience could not have been better.

I have purchased several mattresses for my family members and myself over the years (from Bob’s, Gorins, even BJ’s, along with smaller shops), yet I have never been completely satisfied with the product or purchasing experience. A mattress is an investment, so I decided to travel a little further and see what I could find. Well, I am excited to say that I came upon Mattress Firm in Old Saybrook, and my experience was superb! I was impressed with the variety of choices, knowledgeable staff, and exceptional service I received. I was able to try out several styles of mattresses, and Nathan took the time to answer any questions I had. Not being a mattress professional myself, he explained how the mattresses I was most interested in are made, what that means for our sleeping positions, and several other details that I would not have thought to inquire about. I purchased a new mattress, adjustable base, and bed bundle for a more than fair price, and am confident that I made the right choice by visiting Nathan and his team at Mattress Firm in Old Saybrook. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality mattress and personalized service.

My boyfriend and I came in to get some quick information. We were promptly greeted by Nathan, who walked us through the entire process. He was super helpful, and made us feel comfortable with our new purchase. We walked away with a brand new mattress, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Do Not Shop here! Why would you when there are so many online mattress choices for a fraction of the price. Look at Wink, Brooklyn Bedding, Brentwood Home, Saatva, Dream Cloud. Most of these offer lifetime warranties and free painless alternatives to swap out a bed you don't like. There is a reason brick and mortar stores are dying off.
