We were treated very disrespectfully by the owner and he quit the project when he learned we didn’t use his supply company (that failed to return phone calls, emails or contact us after visits to their business). He will not warranty his work because we didn’t purchase from the company even though it was the identical product. No customer service.nn*Nate, I have a trail of messages that reflect the unprofessional correspondence. We attempted to connect with your supply company over a more than reasonable amount of time and were completely ignored (that is not on you, that is on them) however, the events that transpired after that were demeaning and belligerent. We were attempting to accommodate multiple schedules and simply requested a return call or email. Also, we utilized your services as a sub-contractor and were never billed directly by your company. We paid the bill in full the day after we received it. Any delay in payment to you was not due to us.

I highly recommend A-Team Plumbing! Nate has done a wonderful job on my aging a/c and plumbing issues when I bought my home. He takes the time to do a great job, responds quickly, and charges a very reasonable rate.

If you have this company do any work and you have to call them back cause of malfunctions issues they will tell you to go screw yourself. No customer service skills have had several installment issues with this company which lead us to terminate them as well as several other contractors. There's a reason why 2 of his co owners left. Very poor attitude and business skills. They got one star cause I couldn't put a negative and 0 star.nnNot a fake review nate this is scott that's my wifes name. You screwed my client over for the last time honor your warranty.

Don't claim to be a 24hour service and be disrespectful when a customer calls to setup an appointment! Even if it is new years. Don't recommend this company!
