Matt is hands down the BEST at what he does! He is professional, knowledgeable, and always finds a solution. We have several propane fireplaces in our home and we rely on Matt for the best service and care.

From start to finish, he worked with our family to help us identify the best setup for our heating needs while at the same time being sensitive to our household budget. This is my first propane fireplace, so I wanted to make sure that it was running smoothly, and I chose Matt because of his good reviews. 2 months after moving in, the pilot went out, so I called Matt and he responded quickly and set up an appointment for within the week. He was friendly, knowledgeable, meticulous and clean. He shared his philosophy which was along the lines of “every job should be treated like your most important”. He cleaned, inspected and rearranged every part of the fireplace. When he left, my favorite part of the house was working better than ever and looking great! He’s my new fireplace guy. Thank you Matt!

We needed our fireplace repaired. It started to have a not-quite-burning rubber smell. Matt came out and thoroughly cleaned the entire fireplace (inside and out) and parts. Replaced the embers and batteries. He restarted the fireplace and it works awesome! I would give even more stars if I could. And his pricing is very fair. Thank you Matt! If you have a need for fireplace or gas appliance repair, please hire Matt!
