This is a gem of a find. Who would have thought a rubber duckie could bring such joy? I have been wanting to take my friend for the longest time. She loves rubber ducks. Finally we got to go and it was amazing. There were hundreds of different themed decorated duckies of various sizes. My favorites were the jewel toned and clear ducks. The duck who started it all was a rather large one named Penelope. There was a nice man that was really patient with our duck selection. He owns the shop with his family. He mentioned that his wife and daughter had bought Penelope and thought. There needs to be a store that sells duckies. I am glad they did. My friend was so excited about it. The best duck is one with a good squeaker. We found a few. We also found a couple that don't have a squeaker but were equally as cute. I know I want to go back for the one that wears a fez.

It’s a small local gift shop where you can buy colors and sizes of rubber ducks. This localy owned store is like a hobby garden of the owners who are really polite and friendly people. Theu also make and sell their own chocolates at the next store.

Loved this little rubber duck shop. The town of essex is very Norman Rockwell with lots of little shops along the street. If you go make sure to check out this shop well worth it.

Adorable shop with every rubber duck imaginable!! From Rock Stars to Gardners and everything in between. Expensive but unique.
