I just bought an OONI stainless steel wood and coal-fired pizza oven from their store in Essex CT. The sales clerk was very helpful and informative, but not pushy or aggressive. One of those places that if they don't have it or can't get it, you don't need it. The merchandising was very well done and displays were clean and well-kept. Best of all was the help we received. Again, very helpful when we needed it, happy to carry our purchase out to the car, and obviously know the product well.nI also bought a couple face masks that I found out after the fact are locally made by a veteran and very reasonably priced. One of them broke the first time I put it on, so I called the store and left a message. Jennifer called back and was more than happy to exchange provided they still had them.nIn short, you should go there for your cookout needs!

Excellent store for outdoor cooking, the employees and the owner are extremely nice and did all that it took to make sure my transaction was positive for me. They allowed an exchange for a grill because I saw a mark on it and I was not happy with it, and the owner stressed he just wanted me to be happy with my purchase.nnI would highly recommend anyone looking for any outdoor cooking equipment to stop in here- everyone is knowledgeable, friendly, and will bend over backwards to make certain your purchase is something you are happy with. American owned businesses are supported by this store and I cannot speak highly enough of Swanky’s.nnShop here if you like high-quality products that are American made and want to support a small local business. Five stars!

I recently ordered a 'solo' fire pit from Swanky's, they called sooner than I expected to let me know it had arrived and offered to deliver- I picked it up in person and checked out the store. I was impressed with the friendly staff and selection of grilling supplies.
