This is the absolute WORST service ever! I dont even want to give it one star! I ordered on my app bc I had a gift card. They did not toast 2 subs and the guy argued with my husband about them being toasted or not. Seriously argued with him.. and still didnt toast them. He came home so mad. I toasted them for us. These are very skimpy grinders, its time to catch up with the times. I barely have any tuna on my bread. They messed up my clearly printed out receipt.. 2 chocolate chip cookies and gave me 2 double chocolate. So I guess I won't be eating this stale cookie. The chips are even stale. I won't be returning!

The owner/manager is always pleasant when I go here and often times will throw in a free drink for no reason. He's a good guy. The restaurant is always clean as well so that's a plus.

Ordered sandwiches April 5, 2020 from Subway App. Paid from App received notification that sandwich would be ready at 8:40 pm. Subway of Portlands website states they were open until 9:00 pm. Went to pick up sandwiches at 8:30 pm and Subway was closed. Also tried calling Sunday and they do not provide the ability to leave a message. Spoke with the owner told him he needed to modify his hours on the website due to Corona - he told me he couldn’t and didn’t know how. Also told me they close early on Sundays - again hours are not reflected on website. The owner told me $16 was not a big deal and not a lot Of money. Had to go into Subway to get my refund - tried to explain the situation again about the app - showed him screen shots of the information received from Subway’s app regarding my order - he told me I WAS WRONG - only was concerned to make sure I didn’t call my bank to process a refund because his week was closed and didn’t want to ruin his accounting for the week. He became very agitated both on the phone and again in person! Also he didn’t know how to issue a refund - how does a business owner not know how to issue a credit!? He then put the money on the counter and told me to get out! Not once did he apologize for the situation I experienced or the inconvenience. Will not support Portland Subway ever again!
