Excellent experience. We recently purchased a Freezer only for our basement. Decided two weeks later we also needed a fridge only. We purchased both from Gene's TV & Appliance. After our purchases we were very happy with our purchases. Our past purchases from local big box stores each time almost always turned out with nightmares. I could not say enough good about Gene's. From the Sales and service people right down to the delivery guys, it has been great!. Knowing if you have a problem down the road they stand behind the items they sell is worth every penny.
We have had a wonderful experience with This place. We needed a new microwave, we had help selecting a new one, delivery, install, take away was easily done. The two Gentlemen, John & Bill that we’re here to install were very nice. They did a great job, lovely to us....I would recommend Gene’s to everybody....nThank you so much...
