We went to buy a new mattress after 20 years with our old mattress together. We had really no idea how would one decide which mattress to choose. Mark Sanchez was amazing. He educated us without a hard sale. He was genuine and took so much time with us. We are both grateful and can’t wait for our mattress to arrive. Thank you again Mark.
We had the best experience buying a mattress here. Our sales person, Mark Sanchez, was amazing. He spent alot of time with us, educating us on the different types of mattresses and what would work best for both my husband and I. We had a problem with the delivery date (my error) and Mark went above and beyond to fix the situation. Excellent customer service overall. The delivery and set-up were perfect. They even called when they were 15 minutes away from the house, which I appreciated. Very nice delivery people as well. I highly recommend buying from Mattress Firm, and ask for Mark in the Middletown store!
Mark was fantastic from the moment my wife and I walked into Mattress Firm. His down-to-earth demeanor made us comfortable right away and his knowledge of the products on the showroom floor was very apparent and impressive. My wife and I were able to take our time and learn about the different products and try them to find the right fit for our needs. At no point did we feel pushed into buying anything or rushed or even as though we were being neglected. Great job to Mark! He made our first experience with Mattress Firm certainly not our last. I appreciate the time and care that was taken with us.
My husband and I were in a Dilemma on what we wanted and how much we wanted to speed. The sales associate was very pleasant and patient. She worked with us and helped us find the right mattress without taken us to the cleaners . I recommend Mattress firm , excellent customer service.
