The cost of politeness is 4,50$?nnI was doubt: should I complain or not?nnBut it was very unpleasant experience and I am often using your bus station. Also don’t want it happen to anybody again.nnLast Friday (5 of April 2019) at the morning around 10 o’clock I went inside of bus station.nI needed an all-day pass ticket for buses #55, 53. I was holding the printed papers of rout what I needed. (And I showed it to the man what was there).nHe sold me the ticket of MAT, what actually I could not use on those buses.nI assumed he did not do it in purpose...nnBut the worst thing was later when I came back at 4 pm and told him about the mistake - he just replied to me that there is no refund.nAll right, I was expecting it, but I did not expect that he will be NOT polite to me.nAt least he could say just “sorry”?nAnd also I thought I can leave that ticket there for anybody who could use it (at least!). Because it was only 4 pm.nnNo idea why it happened, perhaps because I am a woman? an Asian? or because of my not-perfect English :(nAnyway, I went out, but came back once again to leave the ticket on the registration window - I did not say anybody anything.nnStill feeling not good that he did not apologize - that is why I brought it out. Never thought it could happen in there, because all stuff there are (were?) very friendly and nice people. Now I do not feel even go inside of your bus station.nnvery disappointed,nNuran8 April 2019
