If you're going to charge $0.20 a gallon more than other gas stations in the area then you should make sure that your pumps work. Any temperature below 39 causes the pump to only dispense 1 to 2 gallons every 5 minutes. Quite often the pumps are not working at all and they don't even bother to put a sign on them telling people that they are down. They actually watch people get out of their cars go through the motions of trying to get their gas only to realize that the pumps aren't working and that they have wasted their time. Go up the street to Robert's motor cars their gas is cheaper and they actually pump it for you
I usual stop for me to grab a coffee, snacks, and lotto. Staff is always courteous and friendly. And also acknowledge my children. Which I find important.
