I truly enjoyed doing business right in town instead of the pushy people that you'd get at Lowe's & Home Depot. J B Appliance cares about me as a customer. Keeping me posted on my delivery. I received a courtesy call 30 minutes before they arrived. Very pleased with what I got, the price & the installation.

We were having problems with our Whirlpool dishwasher. Called Whirlpool for help since it was just out of warranty (of course!). They sent a repair service to us from Southbury (to Torrington). A major part was replaced, but we continued to have problems. The repairman returned two more times but the problems continued and the guy offered no solution; he seemed to not want to be bothered with it anymore. More calls to Whirlpool asking for someone else resulted in them referring us to Joe from JB. He was amazing! First he called and offered troubleshooting ideas which took care of some of the problems but not all. So he came to us and spent over an hour (more time than all the visits combined from the other place) diagnosing (never done by the other place) and among other things, found a part that was not reattached when the new part was installed. Joe was patient, very friendly, and determined to resolve our issues, which he did! Thank you Joe!! I would highly recommend him to anyone with appliance issues.
