How is it legal for y’all to hold mail that should be ready the day before? Then, you have your carriers seriously wait until the end of a business day to deliver? They’re obviously paychecks. That have to be cashed before the work day ends!!!!! This is the second week in a row you just don’t deliver my mail. I hope you lose all your funding because not everyone gets paid like y’all and yet you still think it’s ok to hold mail. Done.
This post office has awesome service as well! Just like the one on Great Northern I am always greeted with a positive attitude! The clerk's are super friendly and respectful as well. They are very knowledgeable and definitely know their stuff. The post office is really clean and organized inside.
I used to think I had a low achieving post office in Texas because they rarely picked up the phone. Now I know it was actually a high achieving post office as this one has no way to reach anyone, period.
You used to be able to call and talk to a human. Not anymore. Now it’s all robots insisting that you use the internet. What’s the point of having a phone number if you can’t even talk to a human.
This location is staffed by the most helpful postal employees I have ever encountered.
