Poor poor service. Our landlord had them come take care of our bed bug problem in april they sprayed 1 room every 2 weeks when they should have sprayed the entire 3 family apartment building we live in to ensure tgey wouldn’t return which they didn’t do them blamed us the renters for constantly bringing the bugs back for the past 7 months. Due to covid we haven’t had anyone coming in or out so that makes no sense to us. They dont follow protocols at all for bed bugs. The customer service is horrible! They even had the nerve to tell us they wont work with us due to a bad review we left a few months ago when the bugs kept returning due to them not following protocols. We talked to many other peat control companies which we still cant use due to millettes contract so we have to stay living with these bugs! WOULDNT RECOMMENDED MILLETTE TO MY ENEMIES!! Id leave no stars if I could...

I used Millette pest control for my business and home, and I cannot say enough good things about them. They were extremely thorough and effective. I have and will continue to recommend them.

The service representatives are always very nice. They do a good job and we have not had any issues with mice since we've been using them. They are always quick to respond when we've had insect related issues and took care of those pests as well. Denise in the office is great. She answers my billing questions right away and is very helpful. I highly recommend their services.

Quick response and effective action. Issue has definitely been reduced if not yet fully eradicated (visit was very recent). Marshall was super pleasant on the initial visit and explained everything thoroughly!! Care was taken to address the current situation - gloves and face mask were worn, social distance was maintained - and booties over the shoes to prevent tracking dirt from the outside.

Top notch companyn.No further problems that prompted the reason for my original callnTOP NOTCH follow up...nEvery little space that could POTENTIALLYnhave been a problem was checked and rechecked on follow up visits..nGUESS WHAT!!!!nNO PROBLEM..nHIGHLY RECOMMEND...
