Gina helped me promptly over the phone when my title by email postcard was not delivered in the mail.
You can’t even get put on hold! The automated message just says “We are currently experiencing a high number of calls. Please try your call again.” Then it hangs up on you! You can’t even hit 1 to get a call back. What a joke.
Called to ask a question, got a recording then got hung up on, multiple times. Yet another example of our completely dysfunctional and incompetent local government.
Been on hold for 37 minutes and counting. I called yesterday to get my tags renewed and the lady just hung up on me after waiting for a while to get to someone. Horrible service for such a simple task.
All I needed was to update my address for my vehicle registration, since it does't let you update it online when paying. You can't go to the Missoula County Treasure due to Covid-19, so you must call. When you call, it tells you their call volume is high. It then asks if you want to be placed in a que, then, right after to call back later...this happenes everytime. It is impossible to talk to someone, yet when you need something done at the Missoula County Treasurer office is most likely legally required, such as having everything done right with your vehicle registration. When everyone everywhere is dealing with Covid-19, how is something as important as the Missoula County Treasurer the worst to deal with. This place is a joke!!!!
