Well where do I start called in got message lines all full call back later and got disconnected. Called few days later waited 25 minutes on phone got through, then put to another line where no one answered and had to leave message, and have been waiting long time and probably will not ever hear back. This is ridiculous and needs to be changed. Privatize the dmv will have better service.
After months of back and forth over email, which would come sporadically, as I was repeatedly told there is no direct line to DMV employees dealing with titling issues we continue to have no title for our vehicle. I cannot begin to understand the unhelpful and disengaged attitude of the employees at the Missoul County Treasurer. It really reminded me of the Tommy Boy scene at the airport. “We have a flight coming back from Chicago, does that help?”nnSo to the police officer we get pulled over by. I apologize profusely and we appreciate any kindness you may bestow upon us.nnThank you.
Same as always. Have patience and set aside a little time. Making an appointment is helpful, just don’t be late!
The People at the motor vehicles dept. are, as usual, very kind and provide personalized and excellent customer service. The truth is, it’s the customers who need to learn kindness. There are so many people coming in from out of state that the office is overwhelmed. It does not help that these “out-of-state” people are impatient and rude to the Motor vehicles workers — And then leave poor reviews-/which only reflects their own lack of character and rudeness. Thank you to all of the kind people at the Montana Motor Vehicles Dept. We appreciate you.
