Magic Diamond Liquor Store

It was 10pm when I went and the doors were locked luckily another customer came and said you had to ring the bell on a particular door. Didn't have what I wanted but the clerk was friendly and helpful if not well versed in cocktail recipes. Usually I have a better experience in the day time.

I've been going to this liquor store for 5 years now. Today (2/7/20), the boy behind the counter told me to take my hood off. When I refused he snatched the bottle off the counter and said he wouldn't sell it to me. You can get much cheaper products almost anywhere else in town as well as far better customer service. I highly recommend going elsewhere. You lost a sale, you lost future sales, and now you have a bad review. I hope it was worth it.

They have liquor. And they are close to my house ( so I can walk there)

Be warned. Apparently they don't allow any bags of any size in the building anymore. I used to go here at the end of every week to drop $50 or $100 in their machines since it was on my way home and always tipped 20% whenever I won. But since I carry a messenger bag that is smaller than many purses with me everywhere for my laptop and other electronics apparently I won't be anymore.
