We had a wonderful experience during our purchase of our hot tub at Fire House Stoves & Spas. Tyler and Martin were wonderful to work with. Tyler was very knowledgeable and helped us, and made sure that we were please and informed every step of the way. Most places make the sale, and its on you to figure everything else out. But not when it came to Tyler. He was eager to help us and provided exceptional customer service beyond our expectation. He kept us informed every step of the way and delivery was spot on. In addition, they referred us to an electrician who we were also pleased with. They also have a great selection of tubs for all budgets. Not very helpful with basic questions. Wood stoves, fireplaces, and accessories are not high volume sales items. Be friendly, knowledgeable, and nice to inquisitive customers who stop with questions...it might turn them into buyers instead of walk aways like me. The attitude I got would keep me from buying anything here, especially since I was looking for expert advice.

I just got my first pellet stove insert here. Best place ever, staff very helpful and knowledgeable, gave good recommendations on where to buy pellets, what kind to get, what ash vac to get. I just love this place.

My hot tub needed new filters. So I decided to stop by the local hot tub store. Their show room was as amazing as the staff. Place was very easy to find. Partially because of the huge sign, but mostly because of full size hot tub out front. Its presented like a magnificent work of art. I was really on the fense about getting a whole new tub, but after I found out Obama bought his hot tub here, I was inspired for a change.

Love going into the showroom for my wood stove needs. Martin and crew always take good care of our needs. Our wood stove insert heats the whole house to where my Furnace doesn't even turn on.n(1400 sq.ft.ranch)
