They do have a quality product, but delivery is sporadic. We’ve been purchasing furniture from them for 15 years and every time we go in there Pat acts like she’s never seen us before in her life, even when we remind her that we’d been there recently. My daughter waited over 3 weeks for a desk to be delivered, and I recently purchased two dressers and a nightstand for my sons’ rooms over three and a half weeks ago that have yet to be delivered. She said to call back on Tuesday which will make it a full month, and she indicated that she is doubtful it will be in even then! I use the word “purchased” not “ordered,” because we paid in full, cash! (Debit card not credit) I wish I’d used my credit card; maybe then we’d have some recourse to this chicanery. The day we made the purchase was a Tuesday, and Pat said they were expecting the truck that Thursday and it was a possibility the dressers would be on that truck. No hint that it was “back ordered” as it is now being referred to. It’s true that we’ve had some items over the years delivered quickly, but as I said, service is sporadic at best. One time her delivery people took me by surprise and delivered a mattress on a day I wasn’t ready for it—they dropped it and ran. Next time I shop for discount furniture I’ll go to either Southworth (Torrington) or take a drive over to Bob’s in Southington.

We have been buying our furniture from the insist we move to Connecticut 15 years ago great great furniture I highly recommend this place and the people are very friendly

I bought 3 pieces and they were all priced reasonably and delivered professionally. Good quality and looked high end without paying high end prices. Love my new bedroom dresser, dining set and mattress set.
