Rebecca, the store manager, was wonderful. She helped us with our purchase and let my son help her with the wrapping.nShe was kind and the whole experience was great.

All the ladies at riddles were very pleasant and helpful. They helped my fiance really be able to enjoy the experience and helped alleviate any stress and really made it a positive and welcoming environment! Would definitely recommend. Great quality and a staff who you can definitely tell are very passionate about their work and are more than willing to put in the hard work it can take to make this special moment perfect for so many. I really appreciate the way you run the store!

Riddles has always been my go to for jewelry. I have referred many friends and family here as well. From the first ring I bought back in 2014, my mom was picking out a ring with me for Christmas, the woman helping took us through every display, every ring, never losing patience. She never once pushed us toward the higher priced items and always stayed within our budget. My husband bought my wedding ring here, a second band for that ring along with a mother’s ring with my sons birthstone. I get complements in all three rings frequently when worn. If ever a problem has occurred, as in bending my band, losing a stone they are quick to send out and call when done. Today however, with the new gold smith in store, they were able to fix my band in an hour, check all rings and clean within an hour! Everyone is always friendly, helpful and most of all kind. I’ll never use another jeweler.

My Grandfather had advised me to take the watch he gave me to Riddle's to have it resized (a few years ago), and they took care of me and watch. Yesterday I swung by to see if they could get the watch ticking again. They appeared busy when I got there, but I barely had to wait for assistance. The young lady (Annie? - I'm kinda bad with names) that helped me was very nice and helpful. Turned out the watch just needed a simple battery change - she got it done quickly and even set the time and date on the watch for me. The service here has yet to let me down :)
