After interviewing multiple builders we were very pleased to meet with John personally upon the recommendation of our architect. He was honest, thoughtful (listened to our ideal requests) and creative in his ideas. We were very pleased with him throughout the process, from the first bid in which he consulted all of his subcontractors for accurate numbers, to changes we made throughout the building process, and are beyond thrilled at the finished product. John made many suggestions along the way such as radiant water heat that we ended up very pleased with. His attention to detail showed when he had the window representative back up to the home to re-evaluate a sliding glass door that John was not happy with. The representative replaced the door with a nicer door at no additional cost to us. We would strongly recommend John Bateman to anyone considering a new build or home addition.

I met John when he was doing a project for one of my clients - the clients had moved away and asked John to remodel their home before it was listed for sale. I had John (Bateman Building Company) complete an extensive remodel of my condo which included gutting the kitchen and bathrooms, installing new flooring throughout, and painting walls, ceilings and doors and replacing all the existing lighting and hardware throughout. John was professional, helpful and very knowledgeable. He carefully listened to all of my requests and ensured the finished product was EXACTLY what I envisioned!
