After interviewing multiple builders we were very pleased to meet with John personally upon the recommendation of our architect. He was honest, thoughtful (listened to our ideal requests) and creative in his ideas. We were very pleased with him throughout the process, from the first bid in which he consulted all of his subcontractors for accurate numbers, to changes we made throughout the building process, and are beyond thrilled at the finished product. John made many suggestions along the way such as radiant water heat that we ended up very pleased with. His attention to detail showed when he had the window representative back up to the home to re-evaluate a sliding glass door that John was not happy with. The representative replaced the door with a nicer door at no additional cost to us. We would strongly recommend John Bateman to anyone considering a new build or home addition.
I met John when he was doing a project for one of my clients - the clients had moved away and asked John to remodel their home before it was listed for sale. Throughout the project John and his team worked extremely hard and with attention to detail. Since that first meeting years ago I've seen numerous projects of Johns' and referred him to many clients. His work is always stellar, and his clients never fail to be thrilled with their experience. I strongly recommend Bateman Building for any project from remodeling to new construction.

We have had 2 major remodels done by Bateman Building and could not be more pleased. We give all the credit to builder, John Bateman. John , and his team have great technical skill and solid program management skills. We were right on schedule and budget for both of our major projects. We also used Bateman Building for all of the custom cabinets we have throughout the house. We highly recommend Bateman Building.
I had John (Bateman Building Company) complete an extensive remodel of my condo which included gutting the kitchen and bathrooms, installing new flooring throughout, and painting walls, ceilings and doors and replacing all the existing lighting and hardware throughout. John was professional, helpful and very knowledgeable. He carefully listened to all of my requests and ensured the finished product was EXACTLY what I envisioned! During the process, he continually provided updates on the status of the remodel and as prompt to return my phone calls when I had questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend John and Bateman Building Company to anyone needing a knowledgeable and experienced contractor to remodel their home.
