Coincidence or rude...
Twice now as I was pulling through the drive through minutes before closing time they have closed in my face.
Most recently as I passed the front door I see the sign saying open, I see one of the workers inside notice me driving by and as I pull up to the ordering screen I am prompted that they are closed. I check the time 11:56. I pull around the the front and the lights are off and open sign is off. I get it, its closing time, but if you see me, a customer, and deliberately close down in my face it just leaves a bad taste. Especially when it happens twice...
great cookies tho!
5-star rating for the cookies but 1-star for the loooong wait. I sat in my car for a good 25 minutes in the drive-thru line. If I could leave, I would have left. But was trapped between a car in front of me and 2 cars behind. I placed my order at 7:20pm and was at 7:45ish when I finally got my turn. I was seething. My first and last time trying this place. I hope they improve the drive-thru service.
Cookies were so good and the customer service was awesome!
To Selena with the bad review...as you can see this is absolutely the best place for the best cookies. With a wonderful staff that the only thing I can say going off everyone else’s review that it’s YOU and YOUR attitude that u should check first because if really that’s how you were treated, you must of deserved it because this location, their cookies and especially their staff they are all AMAZING!!!!!
Crumble cookies are amazing!!! They are always freshly baked. This location even has a drive thru for those who prefer not to go into the store and for social distancing. All the employees are super helpful and pleasant to deal with ❤️ keep up the great work!
