One person actually working with 5-6 others on break that I could see.
After paying for 2 signature lattes, I got 2 regular ones. When asked if they could put whip cream on it, I'm then told they're out of it after already getting them. Would've been nice to know before hand.. But they definitely put way too much swirl which really tops it off with a bad experience. (Too much pumpkin swirl tastes like ravioli🤮). Can't even ask for a remake because they're closing.
They need to have more vanilla cream filled Donuts. They are my wife's favorite and mine... 50% of the time they are out of them when I go over to buy them
