I’m sad I didn’t get the girls names however my experience has been nothing short of amazing. I placed an order for a cake yesterday and was bummed that it wouldn’t be ready till after 7 today however I called and they stated they can have it ready for me earlier which really made my day and my sons birthday complete. You girls were exceptional today your customer service your warm smiles and quick service is greatly appreciated. I love my cake 🎂 thanks so much ladies you have a great team.
We placed a birthday cake order 3 days prior for the party. I go to pick it up and the decoration color is not what we ordered. I informed the assistant manager there and she was understanding. She later called me that same day to inform me that the owner said if we want a refund we have to bring the cake back. Now I'm not going to go down to his ignorance on how that sounds since the cake is for that day. So anyone want to order a cake go somewhere else or go to a bakery.
There ice cream is the best. With hot fudge. Yum
