First time doing business with CT Pellet and we will definitely be coming back. Pricing was fair, customer service was excellent and well worth the additional charge for delivery. They were on time (if not a few minutes early) for delivery and unloaded all 3 tons of pellets directly into the garage! Would give them 6 stars if I could.
I've been going here for years, usually 5 pallets of block wood. High quality, great price (the spring pricing is awesome), outstanding customer service. Amazing facility, very well stocked and extremely organized.nThis will be my first year with a pellet stove. Again, the assistance and guidance I received was top shelf! They were patient and honest with me.nI left with 5 samples to try, and I expect to place a multi pallet order soon and for many years to come.
