I had a wonderful experience at mattress firm, the manager Jim was extremely helpful and very patient with me. He was thorough in his explanations and you could tell he had the experience to back up his suggestions. He helped me find a fantastic bed and i can’t wait for it to be delivered! Thank you!
Salesman was very friendly and had a great time speaking with him! Returning to mattress firm after a defect in my previous mattress purchased 3 years ago. Warranty claim was finally accepted after the 3rd attempt of submitting the claim. Just be aware there alot of stipulations and rules that come with a warranty claim including a mandatory delivery fee ($99) and no negotiating allowed. However, the store was great and we went through everything, giving me a lot of their time.
Great experience! My Mom bought a box spring there a couple of years ago and said they were really good there. So I tried it very happy with service and staff! Now I need another mattress and will definitely go there!!!!! Prices great too
James was wonderful and very informative. He made us feel very comfortable in the process of buying a new mattress. He made sure we left there with what we wanted
Tom was extremely helpful and made the process as painless as possible. Been a long time since I purchased a new mattress and he was knowledgeable and respectful of my price range. Made the most of some sales too which certainly helped. Would definitely recommend.
