I am incredibly disappointed with them. I give them a 0 stars. I had a coupon that expiresnDec 2020 at the Terryville ave,Bristol ct location. Buy 1 pizza get 1 free. The supervisor Andy said no they don't honor the coupon. This is how they treat returning customers seriously!!! This is not the first time they gave me a hard time over a coupon that clearly should be honored. I will be contacting the BBB on them.

I order form here twice a week! The staff is very friendly! Andi knows my order by heart as soon as I call! I always order the chicken avocado wrap and wings. They’re wings are great definitely try the garlic Parmesan ones!! Thank you Vivaldi’s for incredible family dinner nights!
