I needed a zipper add it to a men’s casual pants and a patch to a pair of jeans. Service was fast, and to my satisfaction. The patch was not going to be what I wanted/imagine. I was pleasantly surprised that they showed me patterns and an idea of how would it look like before doing the job to make sure I knew what I would receive ahead of time. I really liked that!
I've used Best Cleaners since my mom worked at the New Britain location in the 70's.. always excellent service and quality work.
While I don’t dry clean frequently anymore, whenever I need them, Best Cleaners treats me like a VIP. They do this because that’s how they treat all of their customers. I highly recommend this business.
