Dr.Alerte is a great pediatrician! Love having him and great with my daughters. The doctors office itself is slow. Wait times once you get in the room can be outrageously long. Last resident doctor (not dr.alerte obviously) I had for my 4 month old daughters appointment wasn’t understanding what I was trying to tell her since I suspect my daughter has acid reflux. Haven’t called me or sent me any letters for my kids next appointments and haven’t returned any of my calls. Disappointed!

Always a different doctor and they never answer their phone, I've called 7 times and left voicemails still nothing and this isn't the first time.

I've brought both my son and daughter here, and they love it. The staff is very nice and helpful. The front desk ladies make you feel welcome and at ease, and all of cleaning and other procedures are done with expertise and the bedside manner with the kids is excellent. I have taken them to private dental clinics, and never have had as good of an experience as I have at the Burgdorf clinic.
