Take for every to answer the phone this is crazy I should not have to wait an hour every time I call just to speak to someone maybe I need to take my money somewhere else.

I first opened my account at the Bloomfield branch. The manager who set up my accounts was very knowledgeable and took the time to help us select the products that fit our needs.nSince then I have always been pleasantly surprised at how friendly and efficient the entire staff is here. We were searching for a new bank. and came in for one of the AEFCU CD promotions. The banking experience here has been professional, courteous and efficient. They listen to what I need to do and help me do it. This is positive and comforting to me.
