Went there yesterday to fix my chain. A friend of mine came to get his chains fixed as well, plus get ring guards. Justin served us up well with great costumer service, also hooked us up with the deals. To whoever is saying he gives out fake jewelry that is buffoonery! I am a fan of jewelry and I made him test my earrings, chains, and ring(which we purchased that day). He pulled out the diamond tester. Yes, the test passed. So yes, I’d 100% recommend to everyone.

I had bought specific diamonds and had J Box put it inside a band I got from them. I paid to have them put the diamond in. The 1/2 karat diamond for whatever reason fell out one day, luckily I found it. I went there to have them fix it because they are the ones who put the diamond in. They wanted to charge me to do it because she claimed she has sent my ring out before to put the diamond in which is. Not true. It’s only been a few months since I bought it and never had any problem until now. It is not right because there is no damage, no bent prong or anything it just was not secure and she was the one who did that. I could of lost that diamond I was so lucky to have found it and it is a very high quality diamond. She also argued with us saying they have sent it out for us before and that is why she is charging us which is 100% false and if that was the case it would be more their fault since it fell out from not being secure!!!! We told them they lost a customer while the husband argued with her because he knew we were right. He was always reasonable and nice but she is always rude, unhelpful and very unprofessional. I will never go there again. I’m getting my diamond put in where I know 100% it will not fall out and it will be warranted because that’s what real jewelers do.

Recently got a 10k gold ring from the store, gold looks great and everyone in the store is very friendly, the manager Justin was a very nice and cool guy will buy more gold here in the future would highly recommend
