Came in for a routine battery replacement for my watch. The guy examined it and said that I would need to pick it up the next day. Great! I explained that I had a flight to catch and he assured me that it would be ready in the AM.nnI came in to pick it up, and the lady said that they could not replace the battery. Period. No apology, no phone call, no status update.nnWaste of time.

They do not sell authentic jewelry. They refuse to give any type of authentication, they only trick you with the Insurnace papers. They over sell all their products and refuse to help you. They claim they have Versace connections but they do not. Versace will never allow third party connections as that is their policy. DO NOT buy from this store, spend your money on authentic prices instead.

Bought a Cuban stones ring next day one little one fell took it to be fix taking a week for a bit stone get put back

Bought a 200 plus tax silver stone ring and the stones keep falling and they make your life miserable for fixing or trading after been paid
