Let me point out that I was highly impressed with the attention and care at the Zales store by the manager and salespeople. My husband and I went to get a diamond for my wedding band to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and I was happy that I left with a beautiful 2ct diamond and two band soldered ring. It was their suggestion and I was so pleased with the final results. Not to mention an amazing discount ud83dude09

My husband bought my wedding band from their Dana Augustine event and I absolutely love it! Their jewelry is so unique- definitely worth a visit.. or more!

I purchased a ring in February 2020. It didn't fit so Zales sent it out to be sized. It's July 2020 and I still do not have the ring or a refund. They are blaming covid, but stores opened in MAY and I have called more than 8 times trying to locate my ring. They have held onto my property for over 6 months. Do not shop here.

Manager explained this so now I understand BUT “Jessica” whatever her name really is, could have explained it MUCH better specially to me because I was picking out the items. YES have protection, Because I would not trust these items. The ring I picked out first, looked terrible up close and out of the light, looks like something you’d buy at Walmart for less than $15. They have some pretty items and The exchange process is not that bad even though the receipt does not make sense and does NOT give you your entire total like any other place. Make sure the person explains everything, please REVIEW THE RECEIPT before leaving. Honestly, I would have gotten something better for less money somewhere else, I just needed to get my moneys worth and exchange my items. I definitely will not go here again.
