I like the city and everything but the rode to the city dump makes way to much noises like today. No notice for the people who live on the corner of coal mine RD. And Otis ST. People who works afternoons through to the nights and who works over nights. Did not have no notice of all of this notice. Some of us who can't afford any ac, fans, or portable cooling systems have to keep the windows open to get any relief from the hot weather. Because the Apartments does not have a/c within the units. The management has failed to report that the units does not have a/c and failed to report that there is a lot of noises that goes by the Apartments.nSo on my behalf I'm just saying if there is any form of Construction happening in a residential area please give the people in the area at least one day ahead notice so they can do what is necessary to proceed with life. For an example plenty of rest or remove a vehicle before it's too late. If the worst case scenario a person loses their job and have a hard time to get another job ends up homeless and won't be able to pay taxes till they get back on their feet.nSincerely a concerned citizen of Missoula Montana.nnPS I only have had two ree hours of sleep everyday for the past three weeks and I'm not as young as I used to be
