I brought in two pair of jeans that needed to be shortened. The Taylor measured me and made sure that the alteration would be perfect. I went to pick them up about 5 days later and everything was perfectly altered. I must also say that every single one of the staff that I interacted with were very pleasant and friendly as well.

We recently needed a very old military uniform that was extremely soiled to be cleaned for an important end of life event. I called Best Cleaners in Canton late in the afternoon and they said they could have the uniform ready after 4:00 PM the following day. We also had the hat that went with the uniform which looked like it was in very poor shape. They said that they don't really clean hats, but I asked if they could please make an exception because it wouldn't be usable otherwise. The person at the counter said she would see if they could possibly do something, but couldn't promise anything. To our surprise when we opened the plastic covering, we couldn't believe they got everything so clean and it was neatly pressed and the hat looked great. Probably just as good as when it was new! Thank you Best Cleaners for the excellent service and for getting the uniform ready as promised!

LUCY.. is the BEST associate ever! Always kind, sweet & friendly. I would not use any other dry cleaner because of her. She is a welcome face every time I drop off my clothing.
