We were greeted by Robert as soon as we walked into the showroom. He assisted us in finding the exact right pieces for our family room. It’s always a pleasure shopping at Raymour and Flanigan. The prices and values are terrific. Many thanks for opening a store in the Farmington valley. .

Bob Hillburn was the sales associate who greeted me at the door. Very helpful. Answered my questions before letting me look on my own for a new chair. When I found the perfect chair for me, helped with the sale and setting up the delivery. Would certainly go back for the next piece of furniture that I need.
My wife, son and I went to Raymour & Flanigan and were helped by Christine who was amazing. Patient, honest about what was actually available during this time, and extremely helpful. We purchase a great couch that we love, and Victoria assisted in completing the transaction and delivery details. Easy, friendly, no pressure experience - we can highly recommend this location!
