I had went in the other day, and at first I was really upset upon arrival. You must make an appointment online, but thankfully I caught someone going out and was curious because I wasn’t gonna drive an hour for nothing I needed my card fixed. A kind bank teller by the name of Daniel helped me even a little after close, he was phenomenal.

This branch is going to cause me to stop doing any and all business with Wells Fargo. 30+ year former customer here. They can't even answer their phone and I need an appt. for a house closing in a couple of days. Pathetic customer service. Even called 1-800 number to complain. Have to drive an hour out of my way to Rocky Hill just to get an appointment. You only get one chance to waste 6 hours of my life. Whoever is the manger of Bloomfield branch should be fired. Hello TD Bank or Webster. I need a bank that is open, available and cares about their customers. Nice FAIL Bloomfield.

Every bank in the state of CT is now open - at least partially. THIS ONE is still closed and the lines to go through the drive-through are outrageous! I sat in line for almost an hour today and there were still 6 cars in front of me! Thankfully the cars in back of me gave up and backed out, which allowed me to do the same. I would NEVER go this bank again, but unfortunately my boss has his business account there so I'm forced to. OPEN THE F UP!!!

Went thru the drive-thru teller on 8/3/2020 at 3;50 pm. I was car 6. I left at a little after 4;00pm. Worst bank service ever. An hour for 6 customers!!!! Thing is they don't care. I asked to speak with a manager and request denied.nIf you have to go there pack a lunch.
