Wow, just wow. We were super impressed with the service we received at Karl Tyler. We were in Missoula from out of town (Michigan) to pick up our new RV when we came to the realization that our beloved Jeep Wrangler wasn’t the right vehicle for our new camper. Richard Harris was so accommodating. He was patient; he did such a great job. We can’t recommend Karl Tyler and Richard enough. Thanks everyone!!! Seamless and easy.

Peggy was very helpful. She was able to coordinate my a/c condenser replacement to be done on a Friday afternoon so I could have the use of my car overhead weekend. Everyone who I have worked with in the Service Department have always been polite, responsive and professional.

Brayden at Karl Tyler was awesome. We lost the first car we wanted the first day and Brayden texted me at all hours of the night trying find another for me. He got it done and at a great price. Highly recommend Brayden to anyone wanting an easy car buying experience

The folks in the service department were so great. Helpful, informative, and professional. I can't say the same for the gentleman working in fleet. He was pretty vocal about how much of an inconvenience I was that he had to drive me and my child to the city center. Look, I get it, I have worked in customer service and with the public in general for years; I know how much of a drag it can be some days. So when he dropped us off I tipped him more than I would an Uber driver using their own vehicle for the trouble. I guess I had hoped that it would have made the drive back less painful for everyone involved. Yet, when he came to pick me up again, he made a snide comment about my 6 year old son's haircut and said absolutely nothing else until the end of the ride which... why was that at all necessary? It was just such a bizarre experience; I kept wondering if his day was so bad he had to take it out on a stranger like that, or if he is underpaid and overworked? If you all need someone to help lighten his load, let me know! I enjoy that kind of work.

Karl Tyler made my first car buying experience so easy. My salesman, Cole, treated me like family, answered all my questions and concerns, and never pressured me into buying. They’re out for their customers best interests and I will be going back when it’s time to purchase another vehicle. I highly recommend Karl Tyler!!
