I am at the place almost every 2 weeks their bowls are AMAZING! All of my visits prior to tonight have been exceptional! Tonight's service was beyond slow and frustrating. The young girl behind the register had customers ordering as I walked in. I went and stood at the pick up area because I ordered my bowl online 15 minutes prior. When I walked in there was no greeting and I had to wait 15 minutes before I was acknowledged. I was very peeved by this however one of the owners Mitch reached out to me personally and was very apologetic, understanding, easy to talk to and genuinely seems to care how the customers are treated and their overall experience! I greatly appreciated this as well as his professionalism and that to me is very hard to come by. Thanks again for taking the time to contact me and assuring me the issues were addressed. You won this customer back!

The açaí bowls are on the more expensive size but after seeing the portions it’s totally worth it. The granola was delicious, as well as the fresh fruit used. We are definitely coming back!

This is an amazing place in a nice neighborhood, filling snack. Very good for people who workout because it’s like a dessert that you can also put protein powder into as well. They measure things out for you so that you can keep track of what you are consuming.

I love this place but the app some employees don’t want to scan so you can get points. The other day the girl said you have to email for points and today she doing the points with the number to the person in front of me ,so she had no choice but to do it for me today.nEveryone should be trained on this because app is useless. But other then that I love the stupid Cupid nutelloco my favorite

The pura vida açaí bowl is refreshing. The food is delicious and I could eat them daily! When ordering online the staff deliver your order to your vehicle with a smile on their faces.
